Delivery
Our team can deliver our aquariums to most areas in Southeast Queensland.
Fuel charges and additional staff member fees may be charged for some areas, and for larger aquariums.
Please note
This is a delivery to site service only. Aquariums and stands/cabinets/furniture will be safely delivered to the closest safe space within the property (living room/verandah/carport etc) Please consider our installation service should you want the aquarium put into its designated place.
Installation
Our aquarium installation service is available across SEQ, please reach out for installations beyond SEQ.
As part of our installation process, we will :
- Level the aquarium stand/cabinet to its final position
- Position the aquarium as desired.
- Connect any plumbing that has been included in the purchase
Fuel charges and additional staff member fees may be charged for some areas, and for larger aquariums. Installations requiring stairs may also incur a surcharge.
Please note:
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the floor has the capacity to withstand the heavy weight associated with aquariums.
Built on site
Large custom aquariums can often be too cumbersome to deliver. Provided the area is clean, tidy and free of any dust we can construct large aquariums on site.
Safe and regular access to the site is required for unloading of glass sheets, and the construction of the aquarium.
Aquarium repairs
In some instances, damage to aquariums can be repaired. Some panels are easier to remove than others therefore the possibility of repair is worth discussing with our team.
Repairs require the remove of any silicone joins, the glass panel itself along with any residual silicone and bracing, all remaining edges then must be thoroughly cleaned to remove any silicone residue.
Repairs to aquariums can often be completed onsite, provided there is ample safe working space to complete the tasks.
As there is an extensive amount of time involved in repairs, some are not feasible, and a replacement aquarium is often worth considering.
