Delivery & Shipping Policy

We offer free local pickup from our Brisbane warehouse.

Because aquariums, stands, and related equipment are large, heavy, and fragile, all pickups are by appointment only.

After your order is placed, we will contact you to:

We offer a local delivery service operated by our team for aquariums, stands, and related products.

Once your order has been placed:

We will contact you to collect delivery details, including:
- Delivery address
- Access conditions (stairs, lifts, narrow access, etc.)
- Placement requirements
Based on this information, we will provide:
- A delivery quote or
- A delivery invoice for approval prior to delivery

Delivery costs are not included at checkout and are quoted individually to ensure safe and appropriate transport.

We currently deliver within approximately a 300km radius of Brisbane, including (but not limited to):

Delivery timeframes are arranged directly with the customer after order confirmation
Someone must be present to receive the delivery unless otherwise agreed
Safe and reasonable access must be available at the delivery location
Additional fees may apply for difficult access or special handling requirements

If delivery conditions are unsuitable or unsafe upon arrival, delivery may be postponed or cancelled.

We do not currently offer an immediate courier shipping for large aquariums or stands. We can arrange this after providing a quote.
